Snow tornadoes pose serious safety issue for drivers

A plow truck on the Alaska Highway kicks up a cloud of snow, obscuring the car behind it. Ore trucks with 50 tires will create the same safety concern. Low lighting and slick roads compound the problem for drivers, making for treacherous winter driving conditions.
